Regulatory Disclosures
Last Updated: March 25, 2026
1. Entity Classification & Licensing
Flux International is a global banking infrastructure and mediation company, registered in New York, United States.
Registered LLC · New York, NY · Operating since 2019
Flux International is not a bank, credit union, or deposit-taking institution. It does not accept deposits, does not hold client funds, and does not issue loans directly from its own balance sheet. Under US financial law, a banking charter is not required for companies that act as financial intermediaries, facilitators, or infrastructure providers between clients and licensed banking institutions — provided the company does not accept deposits or extend credit from its own funds.
Flux International operates in the same regulatory category as mortgage intermediaries, insurance intermediaries, and trade finance facilitators: companies that introduce clients to licensed financial institutions and charge a facilitation fee for the service. Client accounts and loan facilities are opened and held directly at FDIC-insured partner banking institutions, not at Flux International.
2. Compliance Framework
Flux International maintains compliance with the following regulatory frameworks:
- ✓Bank Secrecy Act (BSA): Customer due diligence, suspicious activity monitoring, and recordkeeping obligations.
- ✓FinCEN Reporting Requirements: Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) filed as required.
- ✓OFAC Sanctions Screening: All clients and counterparties screened against OFAC SDN and consolidated sanctions lists before onboarding.
- ✓USA PATRIOT Act: Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in place for all clients.
- ✓State-Level MSB Regulations: Compliance with applicable New York state money services business regulations.
Claims settlement funds are held in segregated accounts with FDIC-insured banking partners. Flux International does not commingle client funds with its own operating accounts.
3. Risk Disclosure
All financial services carry inherent risk. Specific disclosures applicable to Flux International global banking infrastructure services:
- Precious metals valuations are subject to market volatility. Claim settlements are based on spot-market pricing at the time of valuation lock.
- Past claim settlement outcomes are not indicative of future results.
- Currency conversion rates are provided at the time of transaction and are subject to market fluctuation.
- Loan facilitation outcomes depend on the credit assessment of the partner banking institution and are not guaranteed by Flux International.
- International wire transfers are subject to correspondent banking procedures, which may result in processing delays outside of Flux International’s control.
4. USA PATRIOT Act — Customer Identification Notice
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account or engages services.
What this means for you: When you use Flux International’s services, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
5. No Guaranteed Returns
Flux International does not guarantee any returns on investments, savings, or claim outcomes. Statements such as “competitive rates” refer to market-rate pricing at the time of transaction, not guaranteed future performance. No employee or representative of Flux International is authorised to guarantee profits or specific financial outcomes.
